San Diego

San Diego, Wow!

Our first trip to sunny San Diego. The weather was great. The people were fantastic!

We joined Keith Lancaster for a Praise & Harmony singing seminar this past weekend at the Church of Christ on El Cajon Blvd. Lots of singing, fun and fellowship. They were well prepared to make the most of their seminar. We enjoyed their enthusiasm and hospitality. Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place.

Our hosts were George & Julie Little. George is the minister at El Cajon and from Australia. Julie's father is a preacher in Sydney, hope I have that right, and goes way back with Marvin Phillilps. We sure had a great time and they showed us around the bay and took us over to Coronada Island. We had some awesome Mexican food on the island, I'll have to track down the name of the place; as well as some yummy noodle soup at a place called Saffron on Sunday afternoon, a quick spot within eye distance of the airport, as we had a 2:45 flight.

I took pictures, of course, but yet to take from my camera. I'll try to do better soon:)
